# Activate your subscription

Choose a plan on the [pricing page](/pricing). Starter and Pro offer a $0.99 first month after email verification. Starter includes 60 minutes and renews at $8/month. Pro includes 600 minutes and renews at $12/month. You can use the introduction once per account across both plans.

Your license is issued after the payment provider confirms payment. The return page checks that your license is ready; a redirect alone does not activate it.

## In Premiere

Open TCaption, enter the license key sent to your purchase email and activate this computer. Keep the key private.

One license supports two activated computers. Sign out on a computer you no longer use, or remove its activation from [your account](/dashboard), before activating another.

## Account and billing

Sign in with an email link or your license key to view your plan, available transcription allowance and devices. **Manage billing** opens the payment provider's account page for invoices, payment methods and cancellation.

Canceling stops future renewals. Access remains subject to the paid subscription period and its status. Monthly minutes do not roll over. There is no automatic paid overage.

If an email is missing, check spam and confirm that you used the purchase address. Avoid paying a second time while a first payment is still processing.
